At this time, Shop Sadara does not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, scents, pet hair, or signs of wear

How to Initiate an Exchange

Please contact our customer service team at info@shopsadara.com within 14 days of delivery to begin the exchange process. Our team will provide instructions and next steps.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shop Sadara will cover the shipping cost of your first replacement item once the exchange is approved.
